Show Manager's Message

On behalf of the Officers and Committee, Sue and I are pleased to welcome you to the Southern British Shorthair Cat Club's Fifth Championship Show.

Thank you to all exhibitors for entering your lovely cats, and we hope that you will enjoy your day.

We would ask that you do not touch the cats as this can spread infection. Please do not try to crowd the Judges or cats when judging is in progress.

We would like to remind you that SMOKING is not allowed any where in the Centre.

To all our Judges, Stewards, Vets - Michael and Alison, Tableworkers, Helpers, Refreshments- Pam Potter and her team and the Stall Holder's - Thank you all for supporting the Show.

As most of you will know Sue Denny the previous Show Manager has moved to France, and I was asked to Manage this years Show, which I have enjoyed doing. I have been ably assisted by Sue Featherstone, and I hope Sue has found it interesting and enjoyable - Thank you Sue, I've enjoyed working with you.

Next years Show will be held on the 7th March 2009, and the Show Managers will be Shelagh Heavens and Kit Game. I wish them every success and hope that you will all support the Show and YOUR Club.
